Mr. Prakash Kafle is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of both ICAI (India) and ICAN (Nepal), with over 18 years of extensive and diversified experience in auditing, finance, operations, compliance, and taxation across leading CA firms and corporate organizations in Nepal and India.

He joined the group in early 2017 and currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Finance for the group, as well as Chief Operating Officer of Litmus Industries Limited. Mr. Kafle is a life member of ACAN and has contributed to the Industrial Committee of ICAN as a committee member in 2016 and 2020–21, reflecting his active engagement in advancing the accounting and corporate governance standards in Nepal.
